Human Resource Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join Touch & Solve, based in Victoria, Australia. This full-time position involves comprehensive management of payroll and human resource activities, ensuring smooth handling of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process payroll on schedule, including the calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, and applicable taxes.
• Maintain and regularly update employee information such as personal data, job roles, and salary details.
• Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulatory requirements relevant to human resources and payroll operations.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries about payroll, benefits, and company HR policies.
• Manage employee benefits schemes and provide support regarding related questions.
• Prepare necessary HR documentation and reports to support organizational compliance and operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to manage confidential and sensitive information discreetly.

Additional Information
