We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to oversee HR functions within a hospital or healthcare setting. The role involves comprehensive HR management including recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring effective communication between staff and management.

Key Duties

• Execute full lifecycle recruitment for medical professionals such as doctors, nurses, paramedical personnel, alongside non-medical staff.
• Manage onboarding processes including employee induction, documentation, and orientation.
• Oversee management of attendance records, leave administration, payroll coordination, and maintenance of employee files.
• Address and resolve employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies as well as labor regulations.
• Facilitate staff training sessions, professional development programs, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
• Continuously monitor staffing needs and contribute to strategic workforce planning.
