About the Role

Techlynx Innovations Private Limited is seeking a full-time HR Executive for its Hyderabad location. This position welcomes fresh graduates as well as professionals with up to 3 years of experience. Candidates from any degree background, including B.Tech and MBA (preferably HR specialization), are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates via online job portals and social media channels.
• Review resumes meticulously and coordinate interview schedules.
• Liaise effectively with applicants and hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate suitability.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and employees throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Manage follow-ups related to interviews and handle necessary recruitment documentation.
• Provide assistance with onboarding procedures and joining formalities for new hires.
• Support everyday HR administrative duties and operational tasks.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proficient communication skills in both English and Telugu.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to organize tasks efficiently.
• Capable of collaborating within a team and adhering to recruitment deadlines.
• A positive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn and grow.

Additional Information

• Open to freshers and candidates with 0 to 3 years of professional experience.
• Preference given to candidates who can join immediately.
• Monthly salary ranges between ₹12,500 and ₹30,000, dependent on candidate skills and experience.
