Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Business Talent teams to implement EX and people strategies for specific business units, acting as the primary HR advisor and problem solver for employee-related issues.

  • Maintain compliance and collaborate with Legal, Total Rewards, and Talent Operations teams to ensure holistic HR service delivery.
  • Identify organizational trends and provide insights for proactive planning and risk mitigation.
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics to monitor performance and impact.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of HR information systems, primarily Workday.
  • Champion Airbnb’s core values and foster diversity and inclusion throughout the organization.
