About the Role
Join Sun Pharma's Global Operations team as an HR Executive stationed in Dadra, where you'll embrace continuous improvement, take ownership of your responsibilities, and collaborate within a supportive work culture. This role emphasizes personal growth, leadership, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive HR operations including onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate completion of joining formalities and documentation for new hires, facilitating smooth induction experiences and ensuring all departments are prepared for newcomers.
- Oversee time office management by administering attendance records, shift schedules, leave registrations, biometric systems, and compliance related to timekeeping.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records covering entry, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS data, ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.
- Support internal and statutory audits concerning HR documentation and data integrity.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR operations and coordinate with relevant internal teams to deliver HR services effectively.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Graduate degree: M.B.A. with Human Resources specialization or a Master of Social Work (MSW).
- Professional experience: 5 to 7 years in related HR roles.
