Job description

Job Overview

This position is exclusively for Saudi nationals and entails managing all employee-related transactions through governmental platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, among others. The role ensures strict adherence to Saudi Labor Law, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations, and internal policies while supporting various HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, contract administration, and regulatory compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Administer employee contracts, renewals, modifications, and terminations through Qiwa.
  • Handle employee transfers, profession updates, and work permit processes.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant Qiwa and labor regulations.
  • Support workforce planning and Saudization adherence.
  • Manage GOSI registrations for new hires, update employee data, and ensure accurate monthly contributions.
  • Maintain compliance through processing employee additions, deletions, and end-of-service notifications.
  • Provide expert guidance on Saudi Labor Law and company employment policies.
  • Ensure contracts, working hours, leave, and benefits align with legal standards.
  • Stay current with labor law updates and inform management accordingly.
  • Assist during labor inspections and audits conducted by government bodies.
  • Maintain digital and physical employee records, prepare official employment and salary documentation.
  • Support employee onboarding and departure administration.
  • Coordinate with Payroll to guarantee accuracy of employee information.
  • Oversee management of transactions across Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other government portals, liaising with PROs and authorities when needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or relevant discipline.
  • HR-related certifications are a plus.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR operations within Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrable expertise using Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem platforms.
  • Experience managing HR processes for large employee populations is advantageous.

Skills and Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of Saudi Labor Law and MHRSD regulations.
  • Proficiency in navigating Qiwa and GOSI systems.
  • Awareness of Saudization frameworks and Nitaqat program requirements.
  • Strong command of employment contract structures and labor compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
  • Meticulous with high regard for confidentiality.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Languages

  • Arabic preferred.
  • Professional working proficiency in English required.
