The Four Seasons Resort Red Sea will be a premier luxury beachside destination located on Shura Island, along the pristine coastline between Umluj and Al Wajh in Saudi Arabia. Role Overview

The Housekeeping Attendant at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea plays an essential role in upholding high cleanliness and presentation standards across the Golf Villas and Resort guest areas. This position ensures that rooms, suites, and villas are impeccably maintained before and during guest stays, delivering an inviting, luxurious atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and golf villas to meet Four Seasons’ standards.
• Make beds, replenish amenities, refresh linens and towels, and clean bathrooms thoroughly.
• Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and guest areas, including villa surroundings and public spaces within the Golf Villa community, are spotless and orderly.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete daily assignments efficiently and with attention to quality.
• Report maintenance defects, missing items, or specific guest preferences to support a seamless guest experience.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that enhances guest comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in hotels or luxury resorts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Effective time management skills and ability to follow established procedures.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Physical endurance to perform cleaning tasks and stand for prolonged periods.
