Role Summary

The Housekeeper position is a full-time onsite role located in Dubai, assigned to multiple luxury 5-star hotels across the UAE. The primary responsibility involves ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public spaces within the hotels. Daily activities include guest room cleaning, support for the laundry department, upkeep of bottling plants, and maintenance of public areas while consistently meeting company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas of 5-star hotels.
• Provide assistance to the laundry department and bottling plant operations as needed.
• Ensure all tasks align with company and client quality expectations.
• Interact courteously and professionally with clients and visitors, maintaining a polished appearance.

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities cleaning in residential, commercial, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understand and safely use cleaning agents and equipment, following health and safety regulations.
• Physically capable of performing manual tasks, standing for long durations, and lifting moderate loads; punctuality and dependability are essential.
• Basic proficiency in English is advantageous; fluency in additional languages commonly used in the UAE is a plus.

Working Terms and Benefits

• Shift duration of 12 hours, divided into 8 plus 4-hour segments.
• Contract tenure of two years.
