Role Overview

As the Housekeeper, you will represent the face of our business and engage directly with guests throughout your daily tasks. You will skillfully anticipate guests’ needs, consistently surpassing expectations on every visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties maintaining impeccable standards
• Vacuum public areas thoroughly
• Clean toilets, baths, and washbasins and ensure restocking of supplies
• Polish and dust furniture and fittings regularly
• Wash windows, and clean paintwork and walls
• Properly dispose of rubbish and waste

Candidate Requirements

• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Keen attention to detail in all aspects of housekeeping
• A strong passion for hygiene, taking pride in achieving the highest quality of work
• Self-driven, with excellent organizational and communication skills
