About the Role

At Cracker Barrel, the team experience is built around genuine hospitality and working together. As a Host, you help set the tone for each visit by welcoming guests, keeping the dining room organized, and helping every table turn smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Your focus will be on creating a positive first impression and supporting the flow of service so guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel at ease right away.
• Manage the waitlist and keep guests informed with clear, friendly updates.
• Coordinate table readiness so parties can be seated efficiently.
• Help maintain a smooth pace in the dining room during busy periods.
• Work closely with the team to deliver a welcoming restaurant experience.

Experience Needed

Previous restaurant experience is not required. Training will be provided for the role.
