Role Overview

Juniper Care LLC is committed to delivering compassionate and superior home care services that enable clients to maintain independence and comfort within their own residences. We are seeking caring, dependable, and committed individuals to join our team as Home Support Carers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining hygiene.
• Support the correct administration of medications to clients.
• Help clients with mobility, including transferring, walking, and facilitating physical exercises.
• Provide companionship offering social interaction, emotional support, and mental stimulation.
• Carry out light housekeeping duties and prepare nutritious meals for clients.
• Accompany clients for errands such as medical appointments, shopping, and social events.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proven experience in caregiving, home health aide services, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal abilities exhibiting warmth, patience, and empathy.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing.
• Excellent communication skills combined with reliability and professionalism.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are highly desirable.
