Role overview

This position focuses on driving home loan sales and supporting the end-to-end loan process for customers in Chennai. The role involves generating business, managing client relationships, and helping move applications smoothly from lead to disbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales for the home loan product and support achievement of business targets.
• Bring in customers from the open market using different sourcing channels.
• Work on assigned leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Plan and execute sales activities aligned with target achievement.
• Support the promotion, development, and preparation of home loan offerings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet customers, check documents, process loan files for sanction, and coordinate loan disbursement.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly pay of INR 17,000 to INR 29,000.
