About the Role

Join Iceland Foods as a Home Delivery Driver based in Derby, England. This full-time position involves delivering groceries safely and efficiently while serving as the friendly face of the company. You will manage van loading, adhere to driving safety procedures, and ensure customers receive their orders in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe van loading following manual handling guidelines.
• Adhere to all road safety and driving regulations.
• Conduct routine checks on the delivery van.
• Ensure grocery deliveries arrive in optimal quality to customers.
• Deliver outstanding service and represent the company professionally.
• Support store operations as needed.
• Work independently while managing time effectively during shifts ranging from 6am to 11pm.

Requirements

• Hold a full driving license for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Possess a positive, friendly attitude with a commitment to excellent customer care.
• Demonstrate punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines reliably.
• Show a strong awareness and practice of road safety standards.
