Role Summary

The Helper Technician position involves assisting technical teams in delivering industrial bolting and related services at industrial sites. This full-time, on-site role based in Jubail requires support in equipment preparation, setup, and basic operation associated with hydraulic torque and tensioning, flange management, on-site machining, and testing activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and setup of equipment for service activities including hydraulic torque and tensioning, flange management, and machining.
• Handle tools, materials, and maintain cleanliness in work areas and equipment.
• Follow instructions from senior technicians to ensure safety and efficient workflow.
• Comply with all safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment.
• Support loading and unloading of equipment as needed.
• Assist in documentation and basic reporting as directed.
• Be available for shift work and overtime to meet project timelines and client demands.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand and power tools under supervision.
• Understanding and adherence to workplace safety practices and PPE usage.
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow technical instructions and collaborate with a team.
• Physical capability for manual labor tasks including lifting and standing for long periods in industrial settings.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in mechanical or industrial fields is preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and respond to urgent project requirements.
• Previous experience in industrial services, oil and gas, construction, or similar industries is advantageous but not essential.
• Basic English proficiency; knowledge of local language and regional work customs is helpful.
