Role Overview
The Head of Construction will lead and supervise all construction operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed punctually, within budget, and uphold quality standards. This role involves managing diverse mixed-use developments such as high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and residential projects, while collaborating closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key participants to guarantee efficient project progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to schedule, budget constraints, and high-quality results.
- Manage projects involving mixed-use developments comprising high-rise structures, commercial, and residential zones.
- Facilitate coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Perform frequent site inspections to monitor project advancement, recognize possible challenges, and apply corrective measures promptly.
- Guarantee strict compliance with safety standards and cultivate a secure work environment throughout the construction phases.
