Head of Channel Sales - Ultra-Luxury Residences (Remote)

Job Overview

We are introducing a collection of ultra-luxury serviced residences in South India and seek an exceptional leader to establish and drive our global channel partner strategy. Location is flexible; your success in driving sales is what counts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a RERA-registered channel partner network spanning India, GCC countries, the US, UK, EU, and Southeast Asia.
• Leverage existing connections with family offices, private wealth managers, NRI networks, and luxury real estate brokerages to generate business.
• Regularly travel to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala for property tours, partner engagement events, and leadership meetings.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on sales policies and strategies for upcoming project launches.
• Be the face of a brand set to redefine luxury residential living in South India.

Candidate Profile

• More than five years experience leading channel sales in branded residences, luxury serviced apartments, or real estate related to hospitality.
• Proven background with leading real estate developers such as Lodha, DLF, Oberoi, Prestige, M3M, or equivalents.
• Established networks among HNI and NRI buyers, particularly within the global Malayali community.
• Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English languages.
• Open to candidates located anywhere globally with readiness for frequent travel to Kerala and key international partner locations.

Compensation

Earn a competitive package of ₹50,00,000 on-target earnings, combining a fixed salary with unlimited incentive potential.
