Location: Heilbronn, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor repair work across the premises
• Conduct thorough walkthrough inspections and document findings
• Furnish rooms with necessary furniture, technical equipment, and supplies
• Manage locking and unlocking duties as part of the security routine
• Maintain outdoor grounds and perform cleaning and waste disposal tasks
• Prepare reports and documentation, entering data into IT systems as needed
• Participate in on-call duty to ensure 24/7 operational readiness

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed apprenticeship or training in a technical or skilled trade
• Preferably hands-on experience as a handyman or in caretaking roles
• Strong craftsmanship and technical skills
• Good command of German language both spoken and written
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and provide customer-focused service
• Willingness to join the on-call rotation including additional compensation
• Possession of a valid driving license class B (previous class 3 acceptable)
