Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hausmeister to join our team at the Regiohotel "Germania" in Bad Harzburg immediately. This role is available either part-time or full-time and involves hands-on support to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. You will be engaged in maintenance and repair tasks, helping promptly when issues arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and ongoing maintenance throughout the hotel
• Regular checks and servicing of technical equipment
• Upkeep of outdoor areas, including seasonal duties such as snow removal and lawn mowing
• Serve as point of contact for external craftsmen and technicians

Candidate Profile

• Experience in caretaker tasks or relevant handyman skills is advantageous
• Strong manual skills and an understanding of technical systems
• Dependability, adaptability, and a friendly demeanor
• Proficient in German language
