Team and Role Overview

Join our international, dynamic team as a Harness & Electrical Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be vital in assembling and integrating electrical systems that power future launch vehicles and space technologies, ensuring aerospace-grade quality for mission reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, crimp, solder, terminate, route, and label wire harnesses and cable assemblies following schematics and adhering to IPC/WHMA-A-620 and aerospace quality standards.
• Install and integrate harnesses and electrical assemblies during Assembly, Integration, and Testing activities, ensuring proper routing, shielding, strain relief, and connectivity.
• Conduct continuity, functional, and electrical tests using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized testing equipment, meticulously documenting all results.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, GD&T layouts, Bills of Materials, and controlled documentation to perform assembly tasks accurately.
• Perform stringent quality inspections, apply ESD safety procedures, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements, tooling evaluations, and initial article builds.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed apprenticeships or formal training as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or in a related technical field.
• Proven hands-on experience assembling wire harnesses, cable fabrication, or electro-mechanical manufacturing with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Competent in diagnostic testing and troubleshooting with standard industry tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Knowledgeable about IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and able to accurately interpret technical drawings, BOMs, cable lists, and work instructions ensuring traceability and documentation accuracy.
• Experience working in high-reliability sectors such as aerospace, aviation, defense, or motorsport with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• English fluency both written and spoken, comfortable in a technical English-language work environment.
