BreakFree Imperial Surf is ideally situated just steps from the lively heart of Surfers Paradise, offering stunning ocean and Gold Coast skyline views from its one and two-bedroom self-contained apartments, including a two-bedroom sub-penthouse. Role Purpose

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face representing the hotel's hospitality, ensuring every aspect of a guest's stay from check-in to check-out is handled with warmth and professionalism. You will help create memorable experiences by delivering outstanding service and support throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, VIP-level welcome and assistance to guests during their entire stay.
• Effectively communicate with both guests and colleagues to facilitate teamwork and cooperation.
• Resolve guest concerns and turn challenges into positive outcomes.
• Promote hotel facilities and services by possessing comprehensive knowledge of all offerings.
• Serve as a knowledgeable local guide, sharing insights on nearby attractions and must-visit spots.
• Handle reservations accurately and manage guest accounts efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience working at a hotel front desk or in similar hospitality service roles is beneficial.
• A customer-focused mindset with innovative approaches to exceed expectations.
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong multitasking capabilities with excellent organizational and time management skills to perform well under pressure.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
