Role Overview

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm and professional welcome. Your responsibilities include providing detailed information about our services, managing appointments, processing payments, and maintaining a smooth operation at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Inform guests about spa treatments, services, and membership options, tailoring suggestions based on their preferences.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using booking software to maximize spa calendar utilization.
• Handle billing processes accurately, including cash, credit card, and online payments for treatments and retail products.
• Collaborate closely with spa therapists, managers, and other team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Collect and relay guest feedback to relevant staff for ongoing service enhancement.
• Engage in post-visit follow-up to encourage repeat patronage and assess customer satisfaction.
• Address any guest concerns or complaints professionally, providing effective resolutions and ensuring guests feel respected and valued.
• Maintain cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere at the reception area and spa rooms at all times.

Additional Information

Monthly salary ranges between 23000 and 43000 INR.
