About the Role
Pankaj Engineering Works is seeking a driven and engaging Growth and Client Relations Executive to enhance the company's footprint within India's industrial and infrastructure sectors. This role involves active market exploration, forming valuable partnerships, and translating opportunities into business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant companies, projects, and industries where the company’s equipment and services can be leveraged.
- Conduct research on upcoming projects, expansions, shutdowns, and infrastructure developments to uncover market opportunities.
- Establish connections with professionals and decision-makers to introduce and promote Pankaj Engineering Works.
- Develop and maintain robust professional relationships with clients, contractors, project teams, and industry experts.
- Engage in site visits to corporate offices, factories, industrial plants, and project locations throughout India.
- Distribute information about company capabilities and equipment to pertinent contacts.
- Monitor and sustain ongoing communication with organizations to keep abreast of their future requirements.
- Manage an organized network of contacts and continuously expand the company’s industry presence.
- Highlight and relay attractive business prospects to management.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to convert market knowledge into actionable business growth.
Candidate Profile
- Enthusiastic, curious, and articulate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enjoys networking and learning about diverse business operations.
- Open to extensive travel and client meetings across the country.
- Demonstrates effective follow-up habits and relationship management skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; however, 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is a plus.
- Interest or background in industrial, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors will be advantageous.
