Role overview
Downer is seeking expressions of interest for entry-level Groundsperson positions at Greenbank Training Area. This is a permanent full-time opportunity for people who enjoy outdoor work and want to build a career while learning practical new skills.

What you will do
- Carry out general care, upkeep, and maintenance of site grounds and garden areas.
- Recognise potential risks connected to grounds maintenance and help manage them safely.
- Receive training to operate grounds equipment such as ride-on mowers, whipper snippers, and similar tools.
What you need
- A current open driver’s licence.
- Eligibility to gain and maintain a Defence security clearance, which requires Australian citizenship.
- A solid work ethic, a positive attitude, and a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality results.
