Role Overview

Willow Bridge is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper who is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative. This person will contribute to maintaining and enhancing the property environment by executing various groundskeeping and maintenance tasks, supporting a clean and welcoming community.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of the property and management office to maintain cleanliness and remove any litter.
• Ensure mailrooms are tidy by collecting trash, sweeping floors, and updating bulletin boards as necessary.
• Replace light bulbs in communal areas and breezeways when required.
• Address first-floor window screen replacements on demand.
• Support apartment readiness by removing trash from vacant units, caulking, inspecting appliances and smoke detectors, and changing parts.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, relocate, and connect appliances as directed.
• Conduct scheduled air filter replacements in occupied apartments.
• Maintain the pool area by hosing down surfaces, picking up litter, and arranging furniture properly.
• Carry out minor painting work as assigned.
• Clean vacant apartments between tenants to prepare for new occupants.
• Assist maintenance supervisors and technicians as needed for various tasks.

Candidate Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is essential.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, custodial, or caretaking roles is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
• Outstanding customer service aptitude.
• Availability to support after-hours maintenance emergencies when necessary.
• Physical ability to lift weights up to 100 lbs and regularly climb stairs.
• Possession of a valid driver's license may be required.
