Role overview
This is a full-time, independent contractor position for a creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer. The role calls for someone who can turn complex ideas into compelling visual assets and support both digital and print communication. You will help shape a consistent brand presence while leading projects from initial concept through final delivery.
What you'll do
- Develop polished creative assets for a range of channels such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to transform business objectives into engaging visual solutions.
- Handle several design assignments at once, keeping pace with deadlines and protecting brand consistency.
- Refine and uphold brand standards so the visual identity stays aligned across every touchpoint.
- Share ideas and mockups with internal stakeholders, then improve designs based on feedback.
- Keep up with industry shifts and new tools so the creative output remains modern and relevant.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, supported by a portfolio.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design fundamentals.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain the reasoning behind design choices.
- Ability to work autonomously and organize time well in a fully remote setting.
- Sharp attention to detail and a strong commitment to highly accurate, pixel-perfect output.
Nice to have
- Background in a creative agency or marketing agency environment.
- Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.
- Experience using project tracking tools such as Asana, Monday, or ClickUp.
