About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join an innovative manufacturing company’s expanding marketing team based in Glenrothes. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for a creative and detailed designer to influence the visual branding of a well-established B2B enterprise. You will collaborate closely with marketing, technical, commercial, and product departments to craft compelling digital and print materials that promote business advancement, enhance brand recognition, and deepen customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce top-notch marketing collateral aligned with business campaigns and objectives.
• Create engaging digital and print content such as brochures, technical literature, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, exhibition graphics, packaging, and promotional items.
• Translate briefs into creative concepts and finalize artwork that maintains brand consistency across channels.
• Design precise technical marketing materials requiring meticulous attention to detail.
• Generate compelling visual content for websites, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Work in close partnership with marketing, technical, and commercial teams to devise effective creative solutions.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity.
• Manage relationships with external print and production vendors, including obtaining quotes and overseeing production processes.
• Proactively seek and suggest creative approaches that elevate brand positioning and customer engagement.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within B2B, manufacturing, engineering, or agency sectors.
• A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print design.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong awareness of contemporary design trends across digital, print, and social media.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to producing accurate artwork.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage various deadlines effectively.
• Confidence and competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and the initiative to own projects.
• Experience in preparing artwork for print production and collaborating with external suppliers is beneficial.
