Role Overview
The Graphic Design Specialist will create visual elements that drive our productions forward, focusing on dynamic design that supports moving images. Your responsibilities include crafting everything from cinematic title cards to attention-grabbing social media visuals and persuasive pitch decks that engage international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality production graphics such as overlays, lower thirds, and title cards tailored for video projects.
- Create compelling key visuals including thumbnails and posters for videos.
- Develop visually impactful presentations and Director’s Treatments to confidently present creative concepts to clients.
- Design engaging and strategic social media content for a broad client base to enhance their visibility alongside our video productions.
- Generate daily creative assets for our social media platforms consistent with the Prism Productions aesthetic.
- Drive the ongoing development and innovation of Prism Productions’ brand visual identity across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and editors to maintain visual cohesion throughout the production process.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in a Production House or fast-paced Creative Agency environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Bonus skill: Competency in After Effects for creating motion graphics.
- Good understanding of video formatting, aspect ratios, and the integration of graphics with live-action footage.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- A keen artistic eye with solid grasp of typography principles, color theory inspired by the "Prism" spectrum, and overall visual composition.
