About the Role

This opportunity invites recent graduates or individuals early in their careers to launch their journey in data analytics within a dynamic and entrepreneurial framework. The position primarily sits within the Data Analytics team but also offers exposure to Data Engineering and Data Science through collaborative projects.

Duties include generating and dissecting datasets that form the foundation of Evident’s benchmarks, research outputs, and client-facing products. Over time, you will refine your analytical and technical capabilities and deepen your understanding of global AI adoption metrics in top-tier financial organizations.

The role involves working closely with analysts, scientists, and engineers across departments to transform complex datasets into practical insights for internal leadership and external clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

Support the production and analysis of the Evident AI Index and associated datasets, ensuring rigorous data quality and consistency.
Develop dashboards and visualizations that facilitate informed business decisions and deliver client insights.
Conduct rigorous data quality assurance and help optimize internal data management processes and documentation.
Participate in cross-functional projects with Data Engineering and Data Science teams, gaining experience in automation, machine learning, and data infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with various teams to gather data requirements and furnish analytical outputs supporting research and commercial goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Targeting 2026 STEM graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in analytics, research, or data-focused roles.
Proficient in managing data with tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical problem solving.
High attention to detail with emphasis on data accuracy.
Ability to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, quick learner with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
