Role Summary
The position of General Manpower Worker at Arsh United is a site-based role in Riyadh. This role involves assisting daily functions through various manual duties such as loading/unloading materials, relocating equipment, and supporting skilled staff when necessary. The responsibilities also include routine cleaning and upkeep of workspaces, obeying supervisor directions, and helping in the assembly or disassembly of workstations or project areas.
Responsibilities
- Carry out physical labor including lifting, transporting goods, and standing for prolonged periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work zones.
- Follow supervisors' instructions precisely to support ongoing operations.
- Assist in setup and takedown of project equipment and sites.
- Observe and adhere to safety protocols and proper equipment usage.
- Report safety hazards or operational problems immediately.
- Work effectively and collaborate with team members and supervisors throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Physical capability to perform demanding tasks under varied environmental conditions.
- Basic awareness of safety practices and readiness to comply with all safety instructions and corporate policies.
- Dependable with consistent punctuality and a cooperative team approach.
- Able to understand and follow both spoken and written directions clearly.
- Prior experience in manual labor, construction, warehouse, or related fields is beneficial but not required.
- Preparedness to work on-site in Riyadh and adjust to evolving project demands.
