GenAI Developer

Role Overview

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a GenAI Developer to join its team. The role focuses on building AI-driven solutions using Microsoft and Azure AI technologies, with an emphasis on enterprise automation, conversational systems, and agentic AI workflows.

Experience and Location

This position requires 5+ years of relevant experience. The job is available across Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad. Candidates should be able to join within a notice period of less than 60 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Create low-code applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop intelligent bots, conversational assistants, and enterprise copilots with Copilot Studio and Azure AI orchestration.
• Connect Dataverse, Graph APIs, and other enterprise platforms into Power Platform-based solutions.
• Use Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps to build AI-enabled automation.
• Design and implement agentic AI systems that can handle multi-step autonomous actions.
• Build reasoning-led workflows that support structured decision-making.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• Develop AI orchestrators and skills with Azure AI Studio.
