Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Future Pathways Advisor to join our academic department on a permanent basis, reporting to the Assistant Head of High School. This role focuses on delivering and supporting a comprehensive Futures program for grades 6 through 12, aligned with the International Schools Partnership (ISP) Future Pathways standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support the whole-school Futures program ensuring a coherent student experience across grades 6 to 12.
  • Guide students to understand and communicate their academic, vocational, and entrepreneurial future options.
  • Manage data collection and outcomes reporting for the Futures program to assist in monitoring and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with ISP's central Future Pathways team as necessary.
  • Provide guidance on international university admissions and pathways, including UK, US, European, and Asian systems.
  • Organize and track university applications and student destinations through the school's designated platform.
  • Conduct individual and group advisory sessions for students and families on subject selection, applications, personal statements, CV enhancement, scholarships, and financial aid.
  • Deliver lessons, workshops, and assemblies related to Futures topics, integrating practical real-world experiences into the curriculum.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the Futures curriculum alongside academic leadership.
