About the Role

Join PepsiCo as a Full-Time Merchandiser operating primarily in Grand Falls and Edmundston, New Brunswick. This position involves delivering PepsiCo's well-known beverages across Canada by ensuring exceptional product presentation and availability in retail locations. Key Responsibilities

• Arrange PepsiCo products on store shelves, racks, cooling units, and promotional displays utilizing manual or powered tools.
• Implement store marketing campaigns by fully stocking shelves and effectively displaying promotional material.
• Collaborate closely with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to ensure exceptional service to all PepsiCo accounts.
• Keep backroom inventory organized and orderly.
• Withdraw expired stock to maintain the freshness and quality of products.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school, professional studies diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license along with access to a personal vehicle.
• Physically capable of handling tasks involving lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Previous merchandising or customer service roles are considered favourable.
• Experience in grocery store environments is an advantage.
