Role Overview

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join a dynamic team focused on innovation and talent acquisition excellence. This role requires managing multiple recruitment requisitions simultaneously while meeting or exceeding hiring targets. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment plans suited to various business lines and market conditions. The successful candidate will engage in both operational recruitment activities and strategic initiatives to enhance overall recruiting effectiveness for AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to design and implement effective sourcing, evaluation, and hiring strategies while managing expectations of internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Propose and enact recruitment ideas and strategies to support long-term company growth, refining recruitment processes in line with Amazon's commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
• Create detailed recruitment plans outlining deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking mechanisms.
• Contribute to special recruiting projects, including best practices in interviewing, leveraging internal talent pools, and identifying high-caliber candidates for senior positions.
• Utilize excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills focused on achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in technical recruiting within high-volume and high-quality hiring environments.
• Proven ability to formulate candidate sourcing and closing techniques.
• Experience partnering closely with hiring teams to develop sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies while managing expectations.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with key recruiting tools including resume databases and internet sourcing resources.
