Role Overview

As a Founder's Associate, you will collaborate directly with the founder and leadership to drive key growth initiatives, spanning strategy, marketing performance, operations, and business expansion. This role offers deep exposure to the inner workings of a fast-scaling e-commerce enterprise along with significant hands-on responsibility from the onset.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the founder on strategic projects related to growth, operational efficiency, and international scaling.
• Analyze company performance data, generate comprehensive reports, and extract actionable business insights.
• Assist in performance marketing by assessing campaigns, creative assets, and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with supply chain partners to improve logistics and operations workflows.
• Lead cross-departmental projects ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Develop presentations, financial plans, and decision-making documents to support leadership.
• Discover new growth prospects and spearhead experimental initiatives.
• Assume full accountability for specific business functions following onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background in business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Keen interest in e-commerce, performance marketing, and digital growth strategies.
• Pragmatic, action-oriented approach with a strong execution focus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a high degree of personal accountability.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
