About the Role

Join Erlebnisbauernhof Gertrudenhof to work with flowers, plants, and artistic floral designs. As a florist, you will craft personalized bouquets following client requests and lovingly prepare planted arrangements for the farm market. Key seasonal events such as Easter, Mother's Day, and Christmas provide you a platform to showcase your distinctive creations.

You will also handle special commissions for weddings, funerals, and unique occasions, managing assistants and ensuring flawless execution, especially during weddings. In the courtyard, you will be the primary contact for advising customers and selling garden and balcony plants.

You independently manage the procurement of cut flowers and materials, maintain an eye for detail, and ensure the floral display remains fresh and inviting. Additionally, you participate creatively in the farm's seasonal decorations and implement our décor concepts with care and creativity.

Work Location and Conditions

The position is based at Gertrudenhof, Lortzingstraße 160, 50354 Hürth, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. This is a full-time onsite role starting immediately.

• Completion of a formal training program in floristry coupled with substantial experience and expert knowledge.
