About the Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and seasoned Financial Sales Advisor to join a vibrant and fast-paced office-based team. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for a driven individual with substantial experience in financial services and a track record of delivering exemplary client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert financial guidance to both new and existing clients through telephone and email communications.
- Handle and advance financial applications efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records using CRM and internal systems.
- Spot and pursue cross-selling opportunities in key financial products like mortgages, life insurance, pensions, and savings; training will be provided.
- Work closely with internal administrative and support teams to provide a smooth and cohesive client journey.
