About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Southampton, focusing on permanent placements within the Senior Finance and Part-Qualified Finance sectors. This role offers the chance to work on a specialist desk with strong growth prospects, supported by a leading recruitment brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand a specialist Finance recruitment desk.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients throughout the South Coast region, including Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham, Bournemouth, and surrounding areas.
- Recruit candidates across a variety of finance roles such as Management Accountants, Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, Finance Business Partners, Senior Management Accountants, and Part-Qualified Finance Professionals.
- Manage permanent recruitment processes from candidate qualification through to final placement.
- Engage in business development activities to increase market share and broaden the client base.
- Provide expert, consultative recruitment advice to both clients and candidates.
