FileNet / IBM Business Automation Workflow System Engineer

Job Overview

We are currently looking for a proactive and technically adept IBM FileNet P8 Administrator / ECM Support Engineer with between two to three years of relevant experience in IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies. The successful candidate will have practical exposure to IBM FileNet P8, IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment, Linux administration, and Microsoft SQL Server management.

Key Duties

• Administer and provide support for IBM FileNet P8 Content Platform Engine and its related modules.
• Install, configure, and maintain IBM Content Navigator and FileNet services to ensure smooth operation.
• Support and assist with deployment activities within IBM Business Automation Workflow environments.
• Deploy and oversee enterprise applications running on IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment.
• Monitor the health of applications, troubleshoot issues in production, and conduct root cause analysis for problem resolution.
• Handle configuration and maintenance of Linux servers hosting FileNet and WebSphere services.
• Manage Microsoft SQL Server databases connected with FileNet and BAW systems.
• Analyze logs from applications, WebSphere, and FileNet to diagnose and solve problems.
• Perform comprehensive environment health checks and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and security teams during deployments and live support.
• Take part in production support, incident resolution, and change management processes.
