Field Sales Officer - Merchant Onboarding

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Officer (FSO) to join our Business Development team and facilitate the onboarding of various food outlets such as restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, bakeries, QSRs, and kiosks onto the Eatskart platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and bring new merchant and restaurant partners onboard.
• Conduct daily visits in the field to generate leads and onboard merchants.
• Present and explain the platform’s features, advantages, and commercial terms to potential merchants.
• Negotiate terms and finalize partnership agreements.
• Gather KYC and other necessary documents for onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure merchant activation and smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain positive and ongoing relationships with business owners and merchant partners.
• Meet monthly targets set for onboarding and sales.
• Keep accurate records of daily field activities and update the CRM system.
• Analyze the market to discover new opportunities and keep track of competitor strategies.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales or B2B Sales roles.
• Prior exposure to merchant acquisition, food delivery, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors will be advantageous.
• Thorough knowledge of the local territory and commercial hotspots is essential.
• Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Familiarity with the local language is preferred.

Additional Information

Locations available include Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Lucknow, and Kanpur. Salary ranges between INR 20,000 and 25,000 monthly, with additional incentives offered. The position is full-time and requires on-field presence.
