Field Sales Manager

Overview

Goel Book Depot is looking for a Field Sales Manager to be based in Kurari Mohalla, Kalka, Haryana. The role offers a fixed monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000, plus a ₹2,000 incentive. Additional benefits include a joining bonus and accommodation provisions. The position requires working Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with Sundays off.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade or higher
• At least 6 months' prior experience in sales or marketing
• Basic proficiency in English language
• Preference for candidates residing in Kalka, Pinjore, Parwanoo, or Panchkula
• Open to applicants regardless of gender

Job Responsibilities

• Engage B2C clients to promote and sell books and stationery products
• Manage customer visits by providing appropriate product guidance and recommendations
• Participate in marketing initiatives aimed at boosting sales and enhancing the brand's presence
• Maintain and update daily sales documentation and liaise with the management team
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships
• Consistently meet monthly sales objectives

Additional Information

• Working days: Monday to Saturday
