Go Crazy Offers is a platform designed to boost vendor growth and enhance customer engagement by helping local businesses attract and retain customers through digital coupons, reward and membership cards, stamp cards, promotional offers, business logo creation, AI-based assistant tools, and social media marketing support.
Role Overview
The Field Executive will be responsible for engaging with local businesses, gathering vendor information, demonstrating the benefits of Go Crazy Offers services, assisting in vendor onboarding, and providing daily market insights back to the company. This position suits confident, proactive individuals comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with shop and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit a variety of local businesses including shops, restaurants, salons, gyms, cafes, and retail outlets.
- Introduce Go Crazy Offers and communicate its benefits to potential vendors.
- Gather vendor details such as business name, owner information, contact number, address, category, and interest level.
- Assist interested vendors through the registration and onboarding process.
- Clarify the features available like coupons, reward points, membership cards, stamp cards, promotional offers, and marketing tools.
- Follow up with vendors who have shown interest.
- Document reasons for vendor hesitation or refusal to onboard.
- Submit daily reports on visits and lead status.
- Provide feedback on local market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support vendor activation.

- Comfort engaging confidently with shop owners.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Must be a graduate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in field roles such as sales, marketing, surveys, or vendor onboarding.
- Language: Fluent in Hindi and local language; basic English proficiency preferred.
- Transportation: Owning a two-wheeler is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in fintech companies like Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe.
- Comfortable with field visits and working independently.
- Honest, punctual, and diligent in gathering accurate information.
- Confident in vendor interactions.
- Target-driven yet focused on building good vendor relationships.
- Eager to learn about digital marketing and business promotional tools.
Compensation and Career Path
- Salary includes a fixed component plus incentives.
- Incentives awarded based on vendor visits, lead verification, onboarding, and subscription conversions.
- Career progression pathway: Field Executive to Senior Field Executive, then Team Leader and onwards to Area Executive or Sales Manager.
Working Conditions
- Work schedule: 6 days per week.
- Daily hours depend on field requirements.
- Reporting lines include Team Leader, Sales Manager, or Founder.
