About the Role
Dream Consulting is seeking Field Marketing Executives for on-ground marketing activities in the Delhi-NCR region. Freshers are invited to apply and will receive training to perform effectively. Both fresh candidates and experienced professionals can join the team.
Key Duties
- Visit assigned customers or locations as per daily targets.
- Engage with customers and verify necessary details onsite.
- Ensure completion of daily assigned targets efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain smooth operations.
- Provide daily updates and report on work progress.
Candidate Qualifications
- Open to freshers and experienced individuals.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Comfortable working in a field environment.
- Possession of a personal two-wheeler is preferred or mandatory.
- Valid driving license and relevant documents must be held.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary for freshers ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹24,000 per month.
- Experienced candidates' salaries will depend on prior experience and interview outcomes.
- Incentives from ₹15,000 up to ₹20,000 are offered.
- Travel or petrol allowance of up to ₹4,000 monthly included.
