Field Executive - Service Elevator Maintenance

Role Overview

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Field Executive specializing in elevator and escalator maintenance based in Ranchi, Jharkhand. This role entails ensuring passenger and stakeholder safety by maintaining a portfolio of elevator units efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform complete maintenance and service visits for all elevators within your designated territory.
• Manage and monitor 100 to 120 elevator units within a specified geographic region.
• Provide rapid assistance and repairs for breakdowns with the goal of resolving issues on the first visit.
• Conduct minor repairs to maintain continuous system operation.
• Adhere strictly to company safety and environmental standards (FPA and EH&S).
• Reduce callback frequency by proactively troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
• Build and sustain positive customer relationships by engaging with clients on-site.
• Identify opportunities for additional maintenance orders as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Between 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the elevator industry.

Training and Development

Intensive training will be provided covering technology, processes, and interpersonal skills. The role allows collaboration and learning with experienced professionals, contributing to continuous professional growth.
