About the Role
Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Field Executive to support PMJAY (Ayushman Bharat) operations in Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, covering the entire district. This role involves on-ground field investigations related to health insurance claims.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Sundays are fixed days off
- Monthly salary amounting to ₹15,000
- Travel allowance provided at ₹2.50 per kilometer
- Employees receive 1.5 paid leaves per month
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out PMJAY/Ayushman Bharat field investigations within the designated district
- Make visits to hospitals, beneficiaries, and related sites to verify claims
- Confirm details concerning patients, treatments, hospitalizations, and medical information
- Collect necessary documentation and proof to support claims
- Generate detailed investigation reports adhering to organizational standard operating procedures
- Ensure timely completion of assigned cases within the stipulated turnaround time
- Collaborate effectively with the PMJAY team and hospital staff as required
- Safeguard confidentiality of patient and claim-related data at all times
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation or an equivalent qualification is preferred
- Prior experience in PMJAY, health insurance, claim investigations, or field verification is an advantage
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned district
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is desirable
- Immediate joining candidates will be given preference
