Field Collection Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Field Executive to join our team immediately based in Bengaluru. The role involves visiting various apartments and villa communities to collect detailed information critical to our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned apartment and villa communities to gather specific data including the name of the property, photographs, and contact details of the facility manager and RWA committee members (if available).
• Record the total number of flats or villas in each community.
• Obtain the Google Maps location URL for each visited community.
• Distribute company brochures to the apartment security, facility offices, or management.
• Submit all collected information through a designated Google Form immediately after each visit to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
• Achieve a daily target of visiting and documenting 40 different apartment or villa communities, with daily working zones assigned by the company.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn ₹1,000 per day upon achieving the daily visit target and submitting complete information correctly via the Google Form.
• Receive an additional ₹100 daily petrol allowance.
• Receive an additional ₹100 daily lunch allowance.
• Daily payments are processed for candidates who meet their assigned targets.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must possess a personal bike for transportation.
• Own a smartphone with internet connectivity for data submission.
• Exhibit strong communication abilities alongside a professional demeanor.
• Willingness and capability to travel extensively within the designated areas.
• Availability to join immediately is highly preferred.
