Facility Incharge - Electrical

Overview

We are looking for a Facility Incharge with a background in Electrical Engineering to manage comprehensive facility functions including operations, inventory and warehouse oversight, logistics handling, and ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. This role demands ensuring smooth and safe daily operations across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations and maintenance tasks within the facility.
• Administer inventory control, warehouse activities, including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch processes.
• Coordinate logistics such as transportation and the preparation of import/export documentation.
• Evaluate supplier and contractor performance to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in ERP/SAP systems related to inventory management.
• Ensure observance of HSE protocols, company policies, and legal requirements.
• Generate operational reports and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
• Undertake additional duties as required by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; electrical expertise is essential.
• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in facility, warehouse, or inventory management environments.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems for record keeping and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
