Job Overview
Ashita Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Executive PIC based in Pune, India, specializing in chemical process enhancements. The role centers on improving operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product excellence through process innovation and hazard analysis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement enhancements to manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and product quality while minimizing costs.
- Lead HAZOP sessions to identify and mitigate potential process hazards, ensuring safe operations.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop, test, and validate innovative products and processes.
- Utilize data from utility systems, including Process Safety Reports, to improve energy management and consumption.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 11 years' professional experience in the chemical industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of material balance techniques critical for effective production planning.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma approaches.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.).
