Position Overview
The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Company Secretary. Reporting directly to the COO, this position ensures seamless coordination of executive priorities, governance activities, and key business operations. The role demands discretion, initiative, strong judgment, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level administrative support to the CEO, COO, and Company Secretary.
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel logistics efficiently.
- Facilitate Board and Committee activities, including the preparation and distribution of papers, packs, and governance documentation.
- Draft, edit, and polish correspondence, reports, and presentations ensuring high quality.
- Organize meetings, events, and engage in forward planning initiatives.
- Prioritize and monitor incoming information, correspondence, and business documents.
- Assist in administrative processes such as invoicing and financial reconciliations.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a governance support capacity.
- Proven competence in managing Board and Committee procedures, including minute-taking and document preparation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and discretion when interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in administration and document creation.
