About Our Group
Our team specializes in sputtering, a core process in magnetic media production, operating within one of the world's largest and most advanced magnetic media manufacturing facilities that utilize highly automated systems and sophisticated control technologies. Role Overview
- Conduct preventive maintenance and product changeovers on sputtering equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve persistent mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
- Collaborate with equipment and process engineering teams to drive improvements in tool reliability and reduce product defects.
- Propose initiatives to enhance equipment Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Receive training on data analytics, machine learning applications to support equipment troubleshooting, and provide feedback for ongoing tool enhancements.
- Gain knowledge of vacuum technology principles and pursue continuous professional development opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates self-motivation and a constructive work attitude.
- Works effectively within teams and has strong problem-solving abilities.
- Accepts working in clean room settings.
- Compatible with a 12-hour shift schedule.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or Diploma/ITE certification.
- Familiarity or experience with mechanical or electronic systems.
- Prior troubleshooting experience with mechanical or electrical equipment is advantageous.
- Experience in cleanroom environments is a plus.
- Proficient with data analysis and Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Details
Work Location: Woodlands, Singapore (W3). No travel is required.
