Engineer - Maintenance (Rubber)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer specializing in rubber manufacturing machinery to join our team in Gurugram, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all machinery, equipment, and utilities operate reliably and are maintained according to defined standards. A key part of this role is to guarantee the availability of necessary spare parts to prevent downtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all machines, equipment, and utilities adhering to established standards, ensuring optimal availability and performance.
• Manage and maintain machine and equipment history cards along with records of preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Keep comprehensive documentation including preventive maintenance logs, breakdown history books, Poka Yoke implementations, and monitor electrical readings consistently.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Familiarity with electrical panels, SCADA systems, Allen Bradley controllers, and PLC programming.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have completed any of the following engineering qualifications: Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics; or B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical.
